A day well spent

Good evening everyone,
So today is a Sunday (duh???), I went to church not expecting much as I wasn't really in the mood and I really didn't know why.
During Praise and Worship, the song Amazing Love was being played and I've been listening to that song a lot this week... I began thinking about my friend who left... And I began to start dwelling in the emo-ness/hurt-ness/sadness that comes with it.
And while doing that, it just strike me that I just couldn't dwell in it any longer as it is overcoming me and also my exams are close, I couldn't risk my studies since I've been dwelling in my emo-ness for 2 weeks before this tragic happen due to some other stuff.
So during the Praise and Worship, I made a choice to let go and to depend on God because I know He is my strength.
I felt a relief and a burden lifted off my chest!
I have to say that it felt good and I felt great!
God is great and He has always been there whenever I need him.
I'm thankful that I came back to God and believed in Him once again.
It was the greatest decision I've made!
Nothing to lose but EVERYTHING to gain!
The First Fruits in youth!

Then came Pastor Marie Brown who totally blew my mind!

After the service, some of us who has been commissioned personally by Apostolic Naomi Dowdy as the First Fruits of the church whose called as Spiritual Parents (SP).
No, we do not go around and start being a parent!
It is a course which you can take part in fulfilling the Great Commission.
(confused yet?)
Well for those who are blur-blur, don't be afraid to ask me about it =)
Moving forward, Pastor Daniel who is also my Senior Pastor had a time of coaching with the youth SPs.
He started teaching us the things we should and should not do during Altar Call and the Anointing which is flowed through us.
It's really an eye opener as I didn't know so many things should be done.
It conclusion, it was definitely a day well spent =)

Aww.. a nice testimony indeed.. wish I could learn how to let my burden off like u too.. Anyway, nice knowing that u had an awesome time that day.. :)
