On the 14th

Hey everyone :D

How's things been for you?

It has been wonderful great at my end :)

So since today is already 1AM, I'll go by time.

Last night I went out with the Long family (without Pastor Chris) for a movie with my mum.

We booked a movie for :

It was not bad actually.
Sadly, my brother didn't exactly warn me that it was slightly freaky! Hehehehe!

Anyhow, tomorrow is the 14th February.
What's on the 14th, you ask...

It's Valentines' Day!
What I like about it?

It's not the chocolates

or the roses

or for some people, a bouquet of flowers.

It's just the thought that someone thinks of you.
I know you might be thinking "you shouldn't just tell them only on V-Day but everyday or at least once in awhile".
Yes of course I agree, but just the thought of ONE day, the whole world is celebrating a day of LOVE gives me joy.

For me personally?
I don't need roses or chocolates.
Why waste money on something that eventually dies or goes to your stomach and comes out as you-know-what?

I would rather be with my boyfriend,

holding his hands in mine

sitting on a bench

and just talk.

Call me old fashion, but to me...
Love is :

I'm learning this as well :)

What is YOUR definition of Love? :)

I do NOT have a boyfriend. I am SINGLE. So please do NOT jump to conclusions! =)

Well, other than Valentines' Day.
Tomorrow is Chinese New Year.

This has nothing related, but I just want you readers to see this flower.
Hahaha!

For those who isn't Chinese.
Chinese New Year is a time where families come together from all over the country.
If you're from Malaysia, you know precisely what I mean :)

With roads super pack as everyone's going back to their hometown.
Me? I'm a KL girl, so where do I go when it's CNY?
To my grandma's house like I do every week. LOL.
Only difference is I go there everyday for CNY.
Hehehe!

What I personally like about CNY?
Well you got me, of course EVERY unmarried guy/girl is looking forward to :

ANG PAO!
Hehehe!

I have to admit, I do look forward to it.
But that's not the ONLY thing I look forward to.

I look forward to :

Family reunions.
I love 'em!
It's always nice to catch up with your cousins, uncles and aunties from all over the country/world :)

So in conclusion?

I wish EVERYONE a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY
and a BLESSED CHINESE NEW YEAR! :)

Have a safe trip home, people! :)
